All products sold through our store are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.
Delivery
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your purchase will be delivered electronically.
Depending on the product, you will receive:
- a download link on the order confirmation page
- an order confirmation email containing your download or access information
- instructions for accessing your purchased template or digital files
Most orders are available immediately after purchase. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification or temporary technical issues.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct and that you can access your order confirmation email.
