As all products sold through our store are digital products delivered electronically, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All products available on our website are digital downloads or digital templates. No physical products will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your order has been completed and access to your purchased files or templates has been provided, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Failure to read the product description
  • Lack of knowledge of Canva or other required software
  • Incompatibility with your device or software where the product requirements were clearly stated
  • Failure to customise or use the template as intended
  • Personal preference after accessing the digital product

Please read each product description carefully before completing your purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical problem with your purchase, we are committed to helping you.

If any of the following apply:

  • your files cannot be accessed
  • the download is incomplete or corrupted
  • you receive the wrong product
  • the product is significantly different from its description

please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, correct the problem, or offer another suitable solution.

UK & European Union Customers

If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom or the European Union, by completing your purchase you:

  • expressly request immediate access to the digital product after payment
  • acknowledge that the digital content will be supplied immediately
  • understand that, once access to the digital content has been provided, you lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase, where permitted by applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
